Our R&D department can be divided into five sections: mechanical structure design section, electronic design section, software developing section, graphic design section, testing section. All members are excellent engineers who have at least 5 years’ R&D experience. They are good at introducing most advanced technologies in the world into our products and make some innovative improvement. Especially they also pay much attention to cooperation with some institutes or excellent professors of colleges in China. Besides, we also spend a lot of money on purchasing new advanced equipments for R&D and production of new products every year.
Now our products are composed of household ultrasonic cleaners, smart ultrasonic cleaners, digital ultrasonic cleaners, mechanical ultrasonic cleaner, industrial ultrasonic cleaners etc. All of our standard products have achieved most international standards, such as CE certification, RoHS certification, FCC certification etc. Besides, Dekang also have strict examining procedures for controlling the quality of non-standard products.

Any customers can get OEM service from Dekang based on certain conditions.
Firstly, the first order quantity can not be less than the MOQ for OEM because there is a MOQ for adding a special logo by silk printing, laser-engraving or stickers. Besides, a different model may have a different MOQ.
Secondly, since all goods may be declared to the customs during shipment, any customer needs to provide an certificate of authorization of its brand if the Chinese customs ask for it.
If the aforementioned conditions can be satisfied, Dekang is glad to provde OEM service. The steps are as follows:
A. Both parties confirm the model number, quantity, specifications, logo, package of the products and bilateral rights and obligations;
B. Both parties sign a proforma invoice or a contract based on all details;
C. The customer make a down payment of at least 30% of the full amount, or make a full payment;
D. Dekang prepare materials and make a sample with a customized logo for the customer’s confirmation;
E. The customer confirm the sample or give modifying advices;
F. Dekang arrange the mass production after the customer’s confirmation of all details;
G. Dekang arrange the shipment after the customer’s balance payment is arrived at Dekang’s bank account.
Note: Any customer should confirm all details before production, or the customer may need pay the extra cost for Dekang’s extra work.
Any customers can get ODM service from Dekang based on certain conditions.

Besides, the customer need pay the molding cost for the customized housings and components if necessary.

Thirdly, if any customer wanna make the ODM products be certified by some specialized certification authorities, the customer need pay Dekang the cost for getting these certifications.
